7 days Jeep Safari
(Bahariya Oasis - Farafra Oasis)
Day 1
Drive from Cairo City to Bahariya
Oasis by minibus, lunch on the way at a local
restaurant. Afterwards you visit the Golden Mummies'
Valley , the Roman Tombs and
El Moftella. Then you get into the jeep
and start the desert safari. Drive to Om El Leffaa,.
Dinner and camping.
Day 2
After breakfast drive to the White Desert.
Lunch in the small Tab Lamun Oasis. You
reach the White Desert. and continue
to Akabat Guani, dinner and camping.
Day 3
After breakfast drive to Ain Serru (Magic Spring),
where you can refresh yourselves with the cold water,
relax in the shade of the trees and have lunch. You continue
to the famous Mushrooms, where you have
dinner and camping
Day 4
After breakfast drive to the Karawien Sand Dunes,
lunch, dinner, camping.
Day 5
After breakfast drive to Barani in the west part of the
White Desert and spend the day relaxing
or hiking in the surreal landscape, lunch on the way.
Continue to Guani, dinner and camping.
Day 6
After breakfast drive to Farafra Oasis.
Visit the Badr Art Museum. Walk in the
palm tree gardens around Farafra Oasis
, lunch. Check in at the Badawiya Hotel Farafra.
In the evening you can bathe in the hot spring Bir
Setta just outside the oasis. Back to the hotel,
overnight.
Day 7
After breakfast drive to Cairo City by
minibus. You take a little break at the Crystal
Mountain and the Black Desert,
then you proceed and have lunch at a local restaurant
in Bahariya Oasis. Continue driving towards
Cairo City, arrival before sunset.
