(Farafra Oasis - Dakhla Oasis)
Day 1
Drive from Cairo City to Farafra
Oasis by minibus. Lunch on the way in Bahariya
Oasis at a local restaurant. Drive on to Farafra
Oasis, check in at the Badawiya Hotel
Farafra. After dinner you can bathe in the hot
spring Bir Setta just outside the oasis.
Back to the hotel, and overnight.
Day 2
After breakfast drive to the Abu Noss farm,
where you meet the camels. You ride to Draa Mariam.
Lunch, dinner and camping.
Day 3
After breakfast you start the trip through the Great
Sand Sea. You ride to the Sabaa Rous
Sand Dunes. Lunch dinner and camping.
Day 4
After breakfast ride to Al Malfuf, lunch,
dinner and camping.
Day 5
After breakfast ride to Abu El Maharq,
lunch, dinner and camping.
Day 6
After breakfast ride to El Zuqaq, lunch,
dinner and camping.
Day 7
After breakfast ride to Kharafish, lunch,
dinner and camping.
Day 8
After breakfast ride to El Manzel, lunch,
dinner and camping.
Day 9
After breakfast ride to El Qasr, lunch,
dinner and camping.
Day 10
After breakfast ride to the Badawiya Dakhla Hotel.
Lunch on the way. Check in at the Badawiya Dakhla
Hotel. Dinner and overnight.
Day 11
After breakfast, visit El Oasr the old
Islamic city by Jeep. Then you drive to Farafra
Oasis. Lunch on the way. Check in at the Badawiya
Hotel Farafra. Dinner and overnight.
Day 12
After breakfast drive back to Cairo City by
minibus. You take a little break at the Crystal
Mountain and the Black Desert,
then you proceed and have lunch at a local restaurant
in Bahariya Oasis. Arrival in Cairo
City before sunset.
