Children from 0 to 2 years are free of charge, but parents have to take care of their special food
Children from 3 to 8 years get 50% discount
Children from 9 to 14 years get 25% discount
For Children's discounts, a readable identification copy has to be provided.

For tour operators and individuals, the whole amount must be transferred to our account 4 weeks prior to the start of the safari.

Conditions to cancel:
If a client cancels the trip for any reason via e-mail AFTER making the transfer to our account, we refund 50% of the respective amount of money for this participant.
In any case, if a participant cannot show up at the meeting point for any reason, we have to be informed before the meeting time via telephone at (002 02) 2526 0994 or (002) 018 288 0659. We then refund 50% of the respective amount of money for this participant.
If the participant informs us on the pick-up day that he cannot do the trip, no refund will be made.
If a participant does not inform us via telephone that he cannot show up at the meeting point for any reason, and simply doesn't show up, we don't refund anything.
If somebody cancels the trip for any reason via e-mail with us BEFORE making the transfer, we don't charge any costs.
In case of National security issues occurring during a trip causing cancellation for the remaining days, we refund the money for the respective days which had to be cancelled.
