5 DAY JEEP SAFARI IN THE WESTERN DESERT
DAY
ACTIVITY
Day 1:
Drive from Cairo by minibus via Bahariya, lunch break on the way (at Palma Village Hotel). We meet the jeep on the main road beside Bir Regwa. Dinner in the White Desert, where we will camp overnight.
Day 2:
After breakfast drive to Ain Serru = Magic Spring (Sharg = East), where we can refresh ourselves with the cold water and relax in the shade of the trees and have lunch. We reach the Sand Dunes (Sharg = East). We have dinner and camp in this infinite space and silence.
Day 3:
After breakfast on our way to Dakhla Oasis, we visit Abou Minkar, the edge of the Great Sand Sea, where we have lunch. Visit at the old Islamic castle El Qasr, a charming small part of Dakhla Oasis. Dinner and overnight at a hotel.
Day 4:
After breakfast drive to Kharga Oasis, the largest and most developed of the Western oases. Visit at Hibis Temple and the Necropolis of Bagawat, lunch. Dinner and overnight at a hotel.
Day 5:
After breakfast drive to Luxor via Baris Oasis with lunch on the way.
